Forty Acre Shopping Center in West Valley City.

West Valley City planners have given a green light for the construction of a 135,300 square foot Target store at 2819 S. 5600 W. The store, which would be built on 9.9 acres, would anchor a 40-acre shopping center dubbed Highbury Centre that is being developed by Suburban Land Reserve Inc., (SLR) a real estate subsidiary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
