The Midvale City Planning Commission is moving forward with developers on the two townhome subdivisions on the Western side of Midvale. Holmes Homes will be constructing a townhome development on 853 West Tuscany View Road and 7549 South Bingham Junction Blvd. The other development will consist of 328 residential units at 7500 South 800 West in the Bingham Junction Zone/Junction at Midvale Overlay and is currently being developed by the Wasatch Advantage Group.
